  Nicola is a non-academic philosopher and author of, "The Philosophy of Morals & Values" That includes new theories for morals, values, and government. He had his start as a factory worker and later joined the USNR IN '43 and served aboard the USS South Dakota during WWII. Discharged, he completed his education. With a degree in mechanical engineering he became a manufacturing engineer early in his career in factories that he found rewarding. He spent about 28 years in various factory managerial capacities.  Then, in retirement, wrote  "The Philosopy of Morals & Values."
