VALUES GIVE MEANING TO LIFE

The science of values is an enormous subject and to determine the good and bad is an open ended variable that creates our greatest and most meaningful discourse for the individual good. As a living organism in this universe we have the right to exist for our own sake. We have not found ourselves on this planet to live for the sake of others. That is slavery, without chains, to give up our right to life voluntarily to suffer at the grasping hands of  selfish rulers. We only want the right to seek and earn our values and keep them, expecting to respect that in others.

We learn in, "The Philosophy of Morals & Values" that if we do not have an understanding of our nature as surviving according to our individual material values, then values are not important to us. A person who does not know what his own values are, can never gain any, and if he does gain anything by chance, he shall soon lose everything of value he has. He spends his money or his life without thinking.

  We Need Rich People Because:
ONLY PROFITS  $  CAN CREATE JOBS

Profits that employees earn in a free economy are those funds that are left over when expenses to survive are met in a family budget. In a business the funds (profits) that is left over when the expenses for material, labor, and managing to produce products and services are met. However a company's profit is managed, it can only create jobs or help secure jobs when it purchases capital equipment, or creating researching new products. If they put it in the bank, stocks, or bonds the profit will in effect, always, produce or secure jobs.

To verify profits create jobs, see the Chapter on 'Economics,' in Nicola's, "The Philosophy of Morals & Values," of which President Bush has in his possession. The only means jobs can be created is through business and entrepreneur's profits.  When we tax profits we eliminate the only means for job creation in a free economy. The more taxation, the more poverty; the more poverty, creates more crime. Isn't this something you may have suspected all along.

Naturally, in a profit motivated economy that taxes profit earnings twice, by taxing stockholders profits again is unfair (is not justice).   To tax stockholders is to reduce stockholders participation in the stock market that fuels a free economy which rewards efficient capable management that produses jobs with their profits.   Now, why do they imply  'Profit'  is an evil word???

Our free economy is a socioeconomic system where the culture produces (invents) or creates things of value, because we want to buy those things we have created. We support the socioeconomic culture we created and that fuels cultural change.  Our politicians play with the economy, our money supply (inflation), and people's minds to further their own re-elections, for fame and fortune.  The poor, white and the black people suffer joblessness at the hands of those politicians that say, they are helping the poor and the  unfortunate. Taxation causes poverty and crime.

When will our 'leaders' be honest and begin to teach the voters about economic facts. Why can't they be honest about job creation and inflation when they understand the state of the economy today?  We should be experiencing deflation in this present state of our economy and lost jobs, but instead, the government is printing more money, and the inflation rate is much higher (actually 11%),  than the 2% or 3% they report.  They should be ashamed because they are destroying our country and our freedoms.

PHILO-PSY'S COMMENT FOR THE WEEK
01-14-02  -  01-21-02

JOB CREATION

President G. W. Bush on January fifth, speaking at a town hall meeting in San Bernardino County said,  "Somebody told me the funniest thing. They said, there are some in Washington saying the tax cut caused the recession. I don't know what economic text book they're reading. The best way to come out of a recession is to say to the small business person, we'll let you keep some of your money&ldots;.You spend it in order to expand the job base in America."  Senator Daschle had said that the 1.3 Billion tax cut passed last year has wiped out the federal budget surplus and caused the nation to slide into a recession. This statement, by Daschle, is entirely false and quite foolish to a free market economist. Neither one, Bush or Daschle, is being truthful to the American people, or if they themselves do not understand economics, in either case, they have no business being in office.

The only way for a free market to 'create' jobs is to let people earn PROFITS. This is the ugly word in ideological political governance because the only way ideologies can survive is to tax profits. A free market survives by savings of its people who invest it in competitive expansion, saving accounts, investments in stocks and bonds, and entrepreneurs who create new products and services.  There is no other way for a small or large company to create a job that will in turn create profits to create more jobs. An ideological political party exists only because we do not understand economics and the politician knows that. He is free to lie or skirt the issue blaming the greedy businessman for wanting to keep his profit, but he does not tell you that profits will create jobs, and is the only thing that will benefit the poor. The only form of government that will promote unlimited job creation is Promotean.*
